Your service charge is computed based on:
1.Your delivery zone;
2.The vendor's location; and
3.The distance in between (1) and (2).

Please refer to the table below and identify your delivery zone by matching up with the landmark(s) you are closest to. In the event you find yourself lost, you may simply choose the catch-all zone of 'OTHER', and our staff will later adjust your registration based on your precise address.

If you selected "OTHER" to be your delivery zone, our map-savvy experts may later assign an appropriate zone number for you based on the physical address provided. Most of our customers do live within one of our 16 common delivery zones, so you might too. Of course, there is always the possibility that you really do live quite far away, then your zone will remain as "OTHER" and your service charge may exceed the numbers given in the above table.
